I spent 10 years in recruiting and corporate culture. I know who recruiters are looking for and what matters most to them, and I can help you become the person they're looking for. I'm an immigrant too, just like you. So I understand how Ukrainian experience is seen here and how hiring works in the US: your resume and profile are screened before anyone talks to you. My job is to make your real experience work for you.
Career Strategy is one 60–90 minute session, and you get your personal plan within 3 days. Then you move on your own. Career Support is at least 3 months. We work together every week, and the whole plan and progress live in a shared Notion workspace.
No, I work with any field and any direction. I've worked at international recruiting companies with completely different areas: clinical research, designers, accountants. What matters most is structure. Once it's there, it's much easier to fit your specific experience into it.
Honestly, no. And I don't work instead of you: I don't search for jobs for you, I don't apply on your behalf, and I don't promise the moon. I guarantee support, and that you'll know exactly how to build your profile: professionally and around your goals, so it works for you. My role is to be your partner and give you the tools, knowledge and direction. In my approach, each of us owns our part: I'm right there guiding you, but you take the steps, and the decisions are always yours.
If you don't show up and didn't cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, the session is lost. We don't schedule a new one, and there's no refund. Before booking, make sure you're ready and the time works for you. If something unexpected comes up, let me know in advance and I'll look at the options.
