# Terms of Service

**1. Who I am.** I'm Kateryna Besedina, a career coach based in Jersey City, New Jersey. You can reach me at hello@katebesedina.com.

**2. What I offer.** Career coaching and consulting: Career Strategy, Career Support and the LinkedIn guide «LinkedIn Through a Recruiter's Eyes». What each one includes is described on katebesedina.com.

**3. What I don't do.** I don't guarantee a job, interviews or a specific income. I'm not a recruiting or staffing agency: I don't search for jobs for you and don't apply on your behalf. I don't give legal, immigration, tax or mental-health advice.

**4. Booking and payment.** You book a time in Calendly, fill in a short questionnaire and pay online through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars. Career Strategy is paid once. Career Support is paid monthly with a 3-month minimum, or for 3 months upfront.

**5. Rescheduling and no-shows.** You can reschedule or cancel a session free of charge at least 48 hours before it starts. If you cancel later or don't show up, the session counts as used and isn't refunded. If I have to cancel, you choose a new time or a refund for that session.

**6. Your part.** You give me accurate information and do the work between sessions. In Career Support you create your own content (stories, photos, videos). The decisions and the results are yours.

**7. Materials.** Your plan, guide and other materials are for your personal use. Please don't resell or share them publicly. The LinkedIn guide is licensed to the buyer for personal use only.

**8. Communication.** I usually reply within 1–2 business days at hello@katebesedina.com.

**9. Liability.** To the extent the law allows, my liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.

**10. Governing law.** These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

**11. Changes.** I may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
